Welcome to JW Model Railways. We are a small developing company that aim to bring a wide choice of products at competitive affordable prices. This all started a few years back on ebay when I concentrated solely on selling model railway items. This soon became very successful with over 100 followers and 100% positive feedback. During my time on ebay I became acquainted with many fellow enthusiasts - even met several in person.....its all been great in the learning process in this forever developing hobby. So always feel free to phone if you want to discuss any of our products or if you want us to look out for specific items.
The majority of our stock is new being ex shop stock but we do pick up old collections from time to time. We also look for old rare collectable items to try to make this website stand out from the many others out there. We do try to describe items accurately but if we do fall short on occasions we will do our utmost to put things right. All wagons, locomotives and coaches will be complete with couplings, hooks and buffers unless stated.
Packing and postage : We ship worldwide next working day. If for some reason your country is not listed for shipping then please drop us a line and we will add it so you can complete your purchase.
All shipping is standard so please advise if you want any special arrangements. 
Payment : At the moment we accept Paypal and Cheque / Postal Order (these will be shown upon checkout). UK customers will receive free postage if paying by cheque / postal order for orders over £25. All cheques should be made payable to John Winkley. 
Latest News : June 2023 - just a quick update to let people know there is a new facility available where you can request notification when an item comes back into stock. As we are always on the look out for new stock this would help us concentrate on the items our customers want.
New stock due in this week - Expecting a large collection of Dapol wagons, some rare Hornby Dublo items as well as 25 locos coming back from servicing. Lots of Bachmann locos plus Hornby and Bachmann wagons - just to mention a few.
